EVE-NG Configure static ip addresses for multiple interfaces

In this article will demonstrate on how to use more than one interface on eve-ng machine and assign ip address for each interface on eve-ng.
Steps:
1- Go to /etc/network/
2- open the file named: interfaces, and for example here in our eve-ng machine having two network interface network adapter and network adapter1, these will be shown on eve-ng as pnet0 and pnet1 respectively. To show the interface on eve and their ip addresses, type the following command: ifconfig
3- To configure the network adapter1 in eve-ng machine which is shown as pnet1 as I mentioned above. Just use this section

iface eth1 inet manual
auto pnet1
iface pnet1 inet static
address 192.168.6.1
netmask 255.255.255.0
dns-nameserver 192.168.6.6
    bridge_ports eth1
    bridge_stp off

The following short video will show you how to do that in a minute

Make Secure CRT open in new tabs Not new windows When using EVE-NG

This article demonstrate on how to make eve-ng use securecrt program opens the network devices sessions in tabs not in different windows. What you should do is changing one value in one file, this file named Global.ini exists in the following path:
C:\Users\Windows-username\AppData\Roaming\VanDyke\Config
open this file using notepad and change the value single instance from 00000000 to 00000001 and save the change.

The following short video will show you how to do that in a minute.

Review your OSPF Understanding - Juniper Networking

Questions:

Answers:

1.OSPF routers use LSAs to share information about their attached networks with other neighboring OSPF routers.

2.You can restrict the size of an OSPF router’s LSDB by incorporating multiple areas. In some types of OSPF areas, such asstub, totally stubby, and NSSA areas, only certain types of LSAs are flooded.

3.ABRs connect nonbackbone areas to the backbone area and ASBRs inject external prefixes into OSPF using redistributionpolicy. Note that an OSPF router can be an ABR and an ASBR simultaneously.

4.There are several types of OSPF areas such as stub, totally stubby, and NSSA areas. Stub areas do not carry external routes and cannot contain ASBRs. Totally stubby areas are stub areas that do not receive summary LSAs from the backbone but ratherreceive a single LSA that represents a default route. NSSA areas allow external routes to be advertised from the area but notreceived from another area. It is also worth mentioning the backbone area (Area 0.0.0.0) to which all other areas connect.

Juniper OSPF Lab Step By Step Configuration of Multiple Areas and Redistribution On vMX Routers

In this article will demonstrate how to configure juniper router for ospf routing protocol, the configuration will include the basic configuration of the juniper routers and the configuration of ospf using different areas and how to do redistribution. this article doesn't explain why we do configuration
